I believe everyone possesses unique talents—senior in some areas, yet junior in others.

I have worked with a diverse range of people—from seasoned professionals to complete beginners and I’ve worked on a wide variety of hard (technical, structural) and soft (people-focused, cultural) projects over the years. While I currently support tech teams and developers, my journey has also included CEOs, business owners, mayors, senior officials, students, and civil communities. Across all these experiences, one constant has been my ability to drive growth and transformation.
I believe in ways of working that minimize hierarchy and maximize autonomy, empowerment, and shared responsibility.
This is where I feel most alive: when I’m free to choose and act, while staying openly connected to others.

Among today’s organizational models, I’m especially drawn to agile frameworks and the Teal paradigm—which emphasizes self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose. These values deeply resonate with how I collaborate, lead, and help others grow.

I am a Certified PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), accredited by the Project Management Institute, as well as a Certified Organization Design Professional (CODP), accredited by the Organizational Design Community (ODC), the European Organization Design Forum (EODF), and the Organization Design Forum (ODF). Additionally, I hold certifications as a Scrum Master (SMAC), Agile Coach (ACAC), and Product Owner (POAC) from the International Scrum Institute, along with the ISTQB CTFL Tester Certification, accredited by the International Testing Board.
